We are now accepting applications for Affordable and Market Rate apartments.
68 brand new apartments available to adults 62+ in March 2023 for a wide range of income levels.
Residents must be age 62+, except, 9 of the 68 apartments are designated for chronically unhoused individuals with no age restriction, with supportive services provided by Hearth, Inc. in collaboration with 2Life staff. Most apartments at Golda Meir House are designated for older adults with an income level that meets HUD guidelines for subsidized housing. Twenty-three unrestricted, market-rate apartments are also available.

Affordable Application The lottery process closed on 9/30/22. However, new applications received are still accepted for addition to the open waitlists meeting 60 and 99% AMI, including mobile vouchers. Please complete and return this application by mail, fax or email.
