Janet has always been enthusiastic about working to deliver happiness and provide the best place for employees to work. She has spent almost two decades in the human resources arena in the non-profit and music technology fields. Her commitment to creating a supportive, people-first environment has led to her employers being named to The Boston Globe Top 100 Places to Work list seven times in the last decade.

Janet dreams of a world without stickers on fruit—unless she's going full throttle driving 2Life's people initiatives to ensure the health, wellbeing, and success of all staff. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University, a master’s in education from Cambridge College, and a Certificate of Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
