We are now accepting applications for Affordable and Market Rate apartments.
68 brand new apartments available to adults 62+ in February 2023 for a wide range of income levels.
Residents must be age 62+, except, 9 of the 68 apartments are designated for chronically unhoused individuals with no age restriction, with supportive services provided by Hearth, Inc. in collaboration with 2Life staff. Most apartments at Golda Meir House are designated for older adults with an income level that meets HUD guidelines for subsidized housing. Twenty-three unrestricted, market-rate apartments are also available.

Affordable Application To be considered for an affordable apartment via a lottery process applications must be submitted by Friday, September 30th, 2022 at 5 PM. Please complete and return this application by mail, fax or email.
