For the second year in a row, 2Life Communities was named one of the Boston Globe Top Workplaces. The award is based solely on employee feedback. Issued by Energage, the research company with more than 16 years of experience surveying over 27 million employees at 70,000 organizations, Top Workplaces awards are based solely on employee feedback. 

Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards celebrate organizations that excel in specific areas. This year 2Life had a 71% response rate and was recognized for excellence in Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, Compensation and Benefits and Purpose and Values. We are also pleased to see our results have continued to improve over time.
