Construction updates
The Leland Home was demolished in August 2023, and construction of Leland House is expected to be complete in fall of 2024. We are committed to keeping our neighbors informed while we are under construction. Over the next two weeks, the following construction activities will be taking place on site:
- The installation of exterior siding is ongoing- boom lifts will beep as they move on site.
- Appliance deliveries- trucks will be beeping as they move on site
- Demo and replacement of City sidewalks and curbs- A notice will go out to neighbors when we have an exact date
