Construction updates

The Leland Home was demolished in August 2023, and construction of Leland House is expected to be complete in fall of 2024. We are committed to keeping our neighbors informed while we are under construction. If you have any immediate concerns about safety, noise, or access during construction, please contact: Nick Lepore, Dellbrook Superintendent, nlepore@dellbrookjks.com

Over the next two weeks, the following construction activities will be taking place on site:

  • Framers will continue erecting level 3 on the south wing and levels 1 and 2 on the west wing over the next two weeks- lulls used to move the frames will beep as they move.
  • The installation of exterior siding is ongoing- boom lifts will beep as they move on site.
