2Life Staff Step Up For Russian Residents

2Life Resident

WGBH's Paul Singer reported on the impact of economic sanctions against Russia are having on émigrés. The story highlights one of 2Life's residents who has lost access to more than a third of his family's monthly income. With assistance from 2Life staff and Rep. Jake Auchincloss, many of these residents have since received increases in their Social Security benefits to make up the difference. We hope this story helps solve the issue for all of the approximately 70 émigrés in the Greater Boston area who are facing this challenge.
