Jill began her work in affordable housing while in college and has since dedicated her career to the field. She holds the Certified Property Manager, CPM ® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and focuses on Compliance within the Property Management field. We’re fortunate that Jill finds the challenge of managing the tax credit paperwork for the lease-up of 2Life’s new developments exciting and rewarding.

She also excels at hitting important occupancy deadlines to ensure financial success for the organization. It is common to hear 2Life colleagues say, “If we build it, she will fill it!”

She does this all while keeping our Compliance Department on top of its game and current on ever-changing HUD regulations.
