Zoe Weinrobe
Zoe has devoted herself to the field of affordable housing finance and development for over two decades. Since joining 2Life Communities in 2016, she has overseen completed development projects totaling more than $350 million, projects in development totaling over $500 million, and a number of potential prospects to realize our long-term growth strategy.
Prior to joining 2Life, Zoe served as vice president at Recap Real Estate Advisors, working with public housing authorities across the country on conversions through HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, including both renovations and new construction projects. Her previous career experience includes roles at Urban Edge CDC, the Cambridge Housing Authority, and the City of Cambridge.
Zoe has a master's degree in city planning from MIT and graduated with honors from Cornell University. Zoe’s commitment to affordable housing extends beyond her day job: she serves as the board chair of Just-A-Start, a Cambridge-based community development corporation, and as a trustee on the Watertown Affordable Housing Trust.
