2Life to sign Land-Development Agreement, Expands in Lynn

2Life Communities will sign a land-development agreement that transfers the responsibility for the former Thurgood Marshall Middle School in Lynn. Along with Solimine House at the former Union Hospital site, 2Life will bring over 250 affordable apartments for seniors to Lynn.
