JCRC Boston Honors 2Life's Emily Levine with the Nancy K. Kaufman Award

Emily Levine receiving the Nancy K. Kaufman Volunteer Leadership award

2Life Communities' Chief of Staff Emily Levine was honored with the Nancy K. Kaufman Volunteer Leadership award from JCRC Boston. Levine has been their Public Policy Committee Chair and has "led the Council through the process of forming and then taking action on [their] domestic agenda over the past three years." Levine received high praises from JCRC's Executive Director Jeremy Burton, who quoted her extensively in his recent blog. Upon receiving the award, Emily Levine was appreciative of JCRC:

"JCRC represents for me this intentional community which functions to live in the nuance and live in the messy, and the deeply personal. And it helps me to see that there are ways to find my own way into Jewishness, and to do it at my own pace."  - Emily Levine, 2Life Communities' Chief of Staff
