With more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the healthcare and retirement living sectors, Andrew is dedicated to enhancing community culture through relationships founded on respect, trust, and inclusivity. This focus on a hospitality-first model of care has been the standard Andrew follows to organize and lead clinical and ancillary staff teams to provide the highest level of safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. 

Andrew is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). He joins 2Life Communities after most recently serving as a Director of Continuing Care for a non-profit continuing care retirement community and as Senior Executive Director of a growing independent and assisted living operator in the Northeast. 

Andrew is responsible for the operation and integration of two buildings, uniting them as one community – Coleman House, an affordable housing community for older adults with 144 recently renovated apartments, and Opus, a first-of-its-kind senior living community receiving national attention due to its unique design of encouraging individuals to successfully age in place with ancillary medical services in their own home.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Health Policy and Administration with a minor in Gerontology degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University.
