Blanca Sierra de Price

Blanca is deeply committed to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our residents. With over 25 years of experience in affordable housing and nonprofit work, she has spent her entire career in the Boston area. Her expertise in community organizing and leadership development is widely recognized within the Massachusetts housing sector. Blanca was honored with a prestigious fellowship at the Center for Reflective Community Practices at MIT. She has led initiatives to secure funding for health and nutrition programs and worked closely with residents to create a comprehensive Computer Learning Center and Library. Additionally, she developed impactful Youth Leadership Programs. Her greatest pride lies in working alongside resident volunteers to expand services, foster growth, and bring joy to both residents and their communities.
 

I believe it is essential to connect with residents on a personal level and always listen to their stories with an open heart. Every day, I’m grateful for the lessons our residents teach me. Walking alongside them helps me stay grounded, allowing me to truly feel both their struggles and their incredible resilience.
