As executive director at our largest campus, Denise is a true “servant leader,” focusing on building relationships of mutual respect with staff and with residents and their families. A skilled multi-tasker and proven builder of high-performing teams, Denise has more than 25 years of experience as a licensed clinician, director, and executive team member in well-known non-profit human service organizations. Generous in sharing her knowledge, Denise also serves as an adjunct professor at local colleges.

Denise has a master’s degree in social work and administration from Rhode Island College. Outside of work, she volunteers as a Clinical Support Specialist for the Simon C Fireman Community/Hebrew Senior Life in Randolph, Massachusetts.
