Jim believes it is the diversity of his experience that helps him to bring innovative solutions to workforce challenges and that has enhanced his ability to understand the needs of multiple constituencies at the same time. He has held a broad range of Human Resources and Organizational Development roles in a variety of industries, companies, institutions, and organizations including MassGeneral Brigham Healthcare, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, MetLife, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. 

Jim and his husband live in Boston's South End and Provincetown, Massachusetts. They are both certificated pilots with a passion for general aviation and travel.
