Making each of our residents feel at home is at the core of our mission and Joseph plays a key role in helping us keep our campuses at their best. He oversees every aspect of facilities maintenance and repair, from managing our maintenance supervisors to developing standards of operation to contributing his expertise to renovation and construction projects. With six campuses across the Boston area, Joe keeps busy, focusing on issues large and small and ensuring our residents have the quality of life and peace of mind they deserve.

Joe brings to his role extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having served in a variety of engineering roles at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge since 1999, most recently as director of engineering. He is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and attended the Facilities Management Certificate Program at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.
