Katherine Bandrowski

With international experience in education, communications and the arts, Katherine brings a unique perspective to our team. Before joining 2Life, Katherine worked as a teacher in the humanities and behavioral sciences. For the past eight years, she collaborated with Emory University's Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics Department in building and expanding an international program in ethics, systems-thinking and trauma-sensitive social-emotional literacy.

She holds certifications in Cognitively-based Compassion Training (CBCT); Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning; the Community Resiliency Model (CRM); and the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP).

Prior to teaching, Katherine worked in corporate communications in New York and international PR in Cologne, Germany and as an art consultant and writer in New Orleans and New York. Katherine holds a Masters degree in Writing and Cultural Politics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
