Executive Director, Brighton Campus
Madeline Santiago

Madeline is deeply dedicated to fostering a warm, family-oriented environment where older adults feel safe, valued, and truly at home. With over 20 years of experience in property management and community leadership, she prioritizes maintaining secure, comfortable living spaces while encouraging connection, engagement, and a strong sense of belonging. Her greatest strength lies in building authentic relationships with residents, creating a community where they feel heard, appreciated, and supported. With a resident-centered approach, Madeline collaborates closely with staff and partners to deliver responsive services, high-quality care, and a welcoming atmosphere. Her ultimate goal is to make Ulin and Kurlat not just a place to live, but a place where residents can truly thrive.

"For me, this work is personal.  Our residents have spent a lifetime building families and communities, and now it's our turn to make sure they feel surrounded by care, respect, and warmth every single day.  Home is more than just a place - it's the people, the connections, and the sense of belonging."
