Stephanie Moresco is a seasoned real estate developer with extensive experience in managing and designing multi-family residential projects. In her role, Stephanie manages the entire project lifecycle, from entitlement and permitting to budget, schedule, and scope management, ensuring seamless coordination.

Prior to joining 2Life, Stephanie worked at Mark Development, where she oversaw landmark projects such as Riverside Station (580 residential units), Two Kenmore Square (hotel and public plaza), Dunstan East (300 units), and Crafts (185 senior living units).

Stephanie honed her architectural skills at Elkus Manfredi Architects and CambridgeSeven, contributing to high-profile projects and gaining valuable experience in design and project management.

She holds a master's degree in architecture from Harvard University and graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
