Shillman House offers three different one-bedroom floor plans. Each offers a full kitchen that’s open to the living area, a full private bathroom, generous closet space, and large windows for beautiful views and abundant natural light. Two-Bedroom Apartment Homes
Shillman House offers four different two-bedroom floor plans. Each includes a full kitchen that’s open to the living area, generous closet space, and large windows that fill your home with light and provide beautiful views of our natural surroundings. Care Coordination Services

Should you find you need assistance to continue living independently in your apartment home, Shillman House’s care coordinator is available to help you find an in-home care provider to meet your needs. Whether it’s help in defining your needs, locating a provider, or filling out an application, care coordination is a valuable benefit that can make it possible for you to remain in your home even if you’re no longer able to do everything yourself.

Market Rate Apartments
At Shillman House, our market rate apartment homes are priced in line with other independent senior living options with one notable exception: we do not charge an entrance fee. You simply pay your monthly rent, which ranges from $3,250 to $3,650 for single occupancy, depending on the size, location, and specific floor plan you choose. In addition, there is a second-person fee of $550.
Your monthly rent also includes some valuable benefits such as continental breakfast and chef-prepared dinner Monday through Saturday, Sunday brunch, biweekly housekeeping and flat linen service, water, and electricity. Add in all the fun and interesting events, groups, classes, and programs, and you’ll quickly see that Shillman House is a great value for an exceptional lifestyle.

Income-Based Affordable Housing
We’re thrilled to know you’re interested in making Shillman House your new home. Since we typically have a lengthy waitlist for income-based apartment homes, we encourage you to complete an application as early as possible. As soon as your application is filed with our 2Life Communities Leasing Office, we’ll send an acknowledgment and provide more information on our waitlist procedure.
The timeline for apartment openings varies, but you’re welcome to email our Leasing Office any time to check your place on the waitlist. We’ll also send you a letter each year to confirm that you’d like to remain on the waitlist. As your name moves toward the top of the list, a member of our team will contact you to discuss next steps and help you make the best decision for your future.
