When you join any 2Life community, you will find an array of supports that are not typical of affordable senior housing, such as:

  • On-site management
  • Care coordination services 
  • Lifelong learning programs, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on classes

Your new apartment home

No detail has been overlooked in creating beautiful, private apartments that provide a safe, comfortable lifestyle for older adults. Thoughtful features include:

  • Large, easy-to-open windows for fresh air and abundant natural light
  • Luxury plank flooring
  • Kitchens with white or gray cabinets, quartz countertops, pantry, and energy-efficient appliances, including a full-size range and refrigerator
  • A generously sized full bathroom with vanity and shower with grab bars
  • Entry closet, bedroom closet(s), and linen closet
  • All utilities included in rent
  • Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
  • Smart-home panels in each apartment to grant visitor access and communicate with the front desk
  • Laundry and trash rooms on each floor

Although most apartments at Brown Family House are designated for those with an income level that meets HUD guidelines for subsidized housing, a limited number of unrestricted, unsubsidized, below-market-rate apartments are also available.
