Boston Globe covers J.J. Carroll House as a model for low-income housing

Murray Whyte of the Boston Globe wrote a story highlighting the exciting possibilities demonstrated from the transformation of J.J. Carroll House. Completed just last year, this new development not only doubles the number of units but also redefines what it means to live in a community.
