One-Bedroom Apartment Homes
An array of beautiful one-bedroom floorplans are offered at Golda Meir House with additional apartments under construction now. Interior designs are smartly crafted with spacious living areas opening to a full kitchen, a nicely sized bedroom with full bathroom, plentiful closet space and oversized windows for sunlit mornings.
Two-Bedroom Apartment Designs
Golda Meir House offers several comfortable two-bedroom apartment designs, each meticulously planned with a full kitchen that leads to an open living area, abundant closet space to store belongings, and large windows that fill interiors with natural light. Floor plans include either one full bathroom or one bathroom plus a half-bath, depending on your preference. Additional two-bedroom apartments are currently under construction.
Care Coordination Services
Should you find you need assistance to continue living independently in your apartment home, Golda Meir House’s care coordinator is available to help you find an in-home care provider to meet your needs. Whether it’s help in defining your needs, locating a provider, or filling out an application, care coordination is a valuable benefit that can make it possible for you to remain in your home even if you’re no longer able to do everything yourself.

Market-Rate Apartments
At Golda Meir House, market-rate apartment homes do not have an income threshold. They are priced in line with other independent senior living options with one notable exception: we do not charge an entrance fee. You simply pay your monthly rent, which ranges from $1,872 to $2,184 for single occupancy, depending on the specific floor plan you choose. In addition, there is a second-person fee of $550.

Income-Based Affordable Housing
We’re thrilled to know you’re interested in making Golda Meir House your new home. Since we typically have a lengthy waitlist for income-based apartment homes, we encourage you to complete an application as early as possible. As soon as your application is filed with our 2Life Communities Leasing Office, we’ll send an acknowledgment and provide more information on our waitlist procedure.
The timeline for apartment openings varies, but you’re welcome to email our Leasing Office any time to check your place on the waitlist. We’ll also send you a letter each year to confirm that you’d like to remain on the waitlist. As your name moves toward the top of the list, a member of our team will contact you to discuss next steps and help you make the best decision for your future.
