Care Coordination Services
Should you find you need assistance to continue living independently in your apartment home, 2Life’s Brighton care coordinators are available to help you with determining what assistance you need, accessing benefit services, or filling out an application. Care coordination is a valuable benefit that can make it possible for you to remain in your home even if you’re no longer able to do everything yourself.

We’re thrilled to know you’re interested in making 2Life’s Brighton Campus your new home. Since we typically have a lengthy waitlist for income-based affordable apartment homes, we encourage you to complete an application as early as possible. As soon as your application is filed with our 2Life Communities Leasing Office, we’ll send an acknowledgment and provide more information on our waitlist procedure.
The timeline for apartment openings varies, but you’re welcome to email our Leasing Office any time to check your place on the waitlist. We’ll also send you a letter each year to confirm that you’d like to remain on the waitlist. As your name moves toward the top of the list, a member of our team will contact you to discuss next steps and help you make the best decision for your future.
