A UNIQUE APPROACH TO AFFORDABLE SENIOR HOUSING | GREATER BOSTON

Defiantly joyous living

2Life has been at the heart of positive change in the affordable senior housing ecosystem since 1965. We develop, own, operate, and provide supportive services to every one of our communities for adults age 62 and up.* Our mission is to ensure that all seniors have the opportunity to thrive regardless of their income level or background.

We currently have over 1,500 apartments under management, 94% of which are affordable. We also offer market-rate rental options and have an exciting new offering in the works, Opus from 2Life Communities, for seniors “in the middle” — those with too much income to qualify for income-based housing and who are not comfortable with traditional upscale options.

* 2Life has a small number of ADA-compliant, subsidized apartments at Kurlat House (Brighton Campus), Golda Meir House, and Coleman House that have been set aside for adults of any age who have disabilities. Interested adults may apply for residency or contact our Leasing Office.
